Nick Koncilja
Managing Partner
Nick has extensive experience in western US markets like Denver, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Boise. He has sourced and directed equity investments into over 60 projects totaling more than $2B in project capitalization. Over his 20-year career, Nick has built deep relationships in these communities, giving him a strong pipeline from which to source deals and deep market knowledge.

Drew Considine
Director of Acquisitions
Drew is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisitions across Colorado and the Mountain West. He brings over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and ground-up development across multiple product types, with deep knowledge of the Denver metro and Front Range corridor. Drew plays a central role in deploying the firm’s discretionary capital and identifying one-off investment opportunities.

Jen Morales
Operations Coordinator
Jen oversees investor relations and directs the firm’s property management activities. She is pivotal to the project execution across the firm’s activities. Jen’s hands-on approach to asset operations drives value creation for our investors through cost efficient operations and tenant retention.
